Privacy Policy

Solinity Services LLC, doing business as Solinity Management ("Solinity Management," "we," "us," or "our") operates www.solinitymanagement.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

This policy applies only to the Site. It does not cover information collected by the senior living communities we manage. Those communities follow their own privacy practices and notices, including any notices required under HIPAA.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide. When you complete our contact form, email us, or call us, we collect the information you choose to share. This may include your name, email address, phone number, company or organization, title, the type of partnership you're interested in, and the contents of your message.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical information. This may include your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring website, pages viewed, time spent on pages, links clicked, and general location based on your IP address. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies described in Section 3.

Please don't send health information. The Site is designed for business inquiries from owners, developers, and capital partners. Please don't include medical, care, or health details about any person in the contact form. If you're exploring care for yourself or a loved one, please contact the community directly.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and evaluate a potential management, development, or capital partnership
  • Follow up with you by email or phone about our services
  • Understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve its content and performance
  • Protect the security and integrity of the Site
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms and Conditions

3. Cookies and Analytics

Cookies are small files stored on your device that help websites work and help site owners understand how their site is used. We use the following:

  • HubSpot. We use HubSpot to host our contact form and understand how visitors interact with the Site. HubSpot cookies may connect your browsing activity on the Site with information you submit through the form. Learn more in HubSpot's Privacy Policy.
  • Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how visitors find and use the Site. You can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
  • Webflow. The Site is hosted on Webflow, which may set cookies the Site needs to function and may collect standard server log data.

Your cookie choices. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. If you block cookies, some parts of the Site, including the contact form, may not work as intended.

Browser privacy signals. We don't sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, so we don't currently act on Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. If our practices change, we'll update this policy and honor those signals where the law requires.

4. How We Share Information

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:

  • Within the Solinity family of companies. If your inquiry relates to services offered by an affiliated company, such as Solinity Holdings or Solinity Marketing, we may share it with that company so it can respond.
  • With service providers. We use trusted vendors for form hosting and customer relationship management (HubSpot), website hosting (Webflow), analytics, and email. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
  • For legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law or legal process, or when we believe disclosure is needed to protect the rights, property, or safety of Solinity Management, our communities, or others.
  • In a business transaction. If we're involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
  • With your consent. We may share information for other purposes when you ask us to or agree to it.

5. How Long We Keep Information

We keep contact form submissions and related correspondence while we have an active or potential business relationship with you, and for a reasonable period afterward. We may keep information longer when the law requires it or to resolve disputes. When we no longer need it, we delete it or remove identifying details.

6. How We Protect Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect. No website or method of transmission is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

We won't treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.
