Tracy Sneed watched his mother Anne live with dementia for thirteen years. He came out of it convinced that Cleveland, Tennessee deserved better than what was available, and that the way people thought about dementia care needed to change. In 2015, he and his brother Clay brought that conviction to Josh Crisp.
Solinity assembled the team: DKLevy on design, Diaz Fritz on construction, and our own people on development, marketing, and management. Then we stayed through a pandemic, a broken supply chain, and every delay that came with them. Groundbreaking was April 2020. The first residents moved into House No. 1 in December 2021, the day the state license came through. By April 2022 all five farmhouse homes were open.
