THE SOLINITY DIFFERENCE

Relational, not transactional. Local, not corporate. Unique, not cookie cutter.

At Solinity, we believe people and performance are inseparable. Strong communities are built by empowered local leaders and teams who are supported physically, emotionally and spiritually.  This creates exceptional resident and family experiences, sustainable financial performance, and long-term value for ownership.

"When people thrive, communities perform."

Leadership Development

We recruit Executive Directors and department heads, and then we keep developing them. Every community gets access to structured training and a learning management system through Solinity Leadership, so a community's trajectory does not depend on who happens to be in the building this year.

PURPOSE AND VALUES

Good Stewards of What We Have Been Given.

Our purpose is to share an abundance of physical, emotional, and spiritual love with those we serve, so that we may be good stewards of the talents and resources we have been given.

Our mission is to develop and lead teams that develop and effectively manage communities, programs, and services for the aging population.

Love

We have been shown an abundance of love, so we will share it with others.

Compassion

People will not care what we know until they know that we care.

Dignity

In everything we do, we will maintain the highest level of dignity.

We will be diligent in the work we have been given.

Anchor

Commitment

We will show the highest level of commitment to our mission, our teams, and our communities.

Values Only Matter If They Operate.

Ours show up in staffing ratios, turnover numbers, and the way a family feels on move-in day. Let's talk about what that looks like at your community.

Ways To Work With Us

At Solinity Management Services, we believe the right partnership starts with alignment. We work with owners, developers, investors, and organizations across the senior living industry who are looking for an experienced operating company focused on both people and performance.

Whether you have an existing community that needs stronger operational performance, a new development preparing to open, an asset in transition, or an opportunity that requires a fresh strategy, we bring hands-on leadership across operations, sales, clinical oversight, financial performance, and team development. Our approach is not one-size-fits-all. We work alongside our partners to understand the asset, the market, and the goals, then build a strategy designed to create sustainable results.

Owners seeking third-party management for existing senior living communities
Developers preparing to open or expand senior living communities
Owners of underperforming or distressed assets needing operational turnaround or repositioning
Investors and capital partners seeking an experienced senior living operating partner
Groups acquiring senior living assets that need transition, due diligence, or post-acquisition operational support
Existing operators looking for strategic support, infrastructure, or performance improvement
Owners considering a management change and looking for a more engaged, hands-on operating partner
Strategic partners whose services, relationships, or expertise complement the Solinity platform

From a single community to a growing portfolio, we’re interested in relationships where we can create meaningful value for ownership while building communities where residents want to live and team members want to work.
